All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the jewelry does not get damaged while in transit. But in case of very rare instances of items getting damaged in transit with a proper parcel opening video, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the material. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item or if the same item is not available you can take any other item or will give a refund once the faulty item has been returned to us by post or courier

1. Return Policy

Returns are only accepted for damaged items or incorrect items

In case of return, the product replacement will be initiated and shipped within 2-7 business days after the returned product is received by us.

  • Eligibility: We accept returns within 24 hr from the parcel received with a proper parcel opening video to be provided without edit or cut from the start of opening the outer cover showing the condition of the item upon arrival is required for validation... Shipping address and tracking number should be visible properly in the video starting. Without a parcel opening video, we can't accept returns. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

No refunds will be applicable on the orders made by the user under the option "CASH ON DELIVERY" (COD).

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund Amount: The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping and handling fees, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if the item is returned in a condition that is not as new (e.g., damaged or missing parts).

3. Exchanges

  • Product Exchange: There is no exchange item for a different size, color, or product, if the damaged product is received please initiate a return and exchange by connecting through our WhatsApp number +919741307491 or mail. 
  • Customized orders do not come under an exchange policy.
  • Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired product. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection: Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 24hrs you have to request a replacement or refund. Provide photos and proper parcel opening video should be provided and video or photo of the damage or defect along with your order number.
  • Resolution: We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Exclusions: The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Gift cards

6. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return process.
  • There is no exchange or refund on any of our products.

    The price of our products is inclusive of the GST (goods and services tax).

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY Charges are applicable based on the destination address.
